Prostate Cancer Statistics

because I am seeking by this answer a cure as well as comfort as there is a probability that I have prostate cancer in its early stage but it needs more investigation(biopsy).The question : Is there anywhere in the world a cure or remedy to destroy and heal prostate cancer other than removing the prostate surgically ? If yes please give details!
